Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains what information Arcadify collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
Information we collect
- Account data you provide when registering: name, username, email address and an encrypted password. Signing in with a social network shares your basic public profile and email.
- Gameplay data such as the games you play, play time, ratings, favourites, comments and achievements. It powers your profile, XP, recommendations and leaderboards.
- Technical data such as browser type, device class and a pseudonymised (hashed) IP address used for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies that keep you signed in, remember your language and colour theme, and help measure site usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, personalise recommendations, run leaderboards and reward events, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your personal data.
Third parties
Games are provided by third-party studios and distribution networks and run inside embedded frames; those partners and our advertising partners may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can review and update your profile at any time, export or delete your account from your account settings, and contact us at hello@example.com for any privacy request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Raw play sessions are deleted automatically after a few months; aggregated statistics do not identify you.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
